It is not enough for you to just rely on being religious. Isa lang yan sa three components. Of course, it is important for a Catholic to know his sacraments, it isn't wrong for you to be devoted in your ministry; in serving the Holy Eucharist. It is not at all wrong to be religious but like I said, you can't just base your faith on that. Look outside the box. If you really are as religious as you say you are, you would know that the love of God is truly overflowing; it is more than enough for you or for me that we have to share it to the people around us. That is where SPIRITUALITY comes in. The other two components, the heart and the hands. Your passion to serve God through others, (take note: did you know that you could actually serve God in many ways not just in participating in one of His sacraments? Your incapability to know that is one proof that you don't really know what you are talking about. What kind of a ministry leader is that?) and the way you praise and worship God.
RELIGIOUSITY + SPIRITUALITY= HOLINESS.
